Introduction to Cold Isostatic Press (CIP)

Cold Isostatic Press (CIP) is an advanced powder forming machine using isostatic pressing technology. Compared with traditional mould pressing, the products of the CIP have advantages, including high and even density, isotropic performance, and high efficiency. Besides, it could manufacture slender-rod-shaped or tubular compaction which is difficult to do with the conventional technology. It could widely be used in powder forming in the industry with magnetic materials, rare metals, hard alloy, high tension insulator, piezoelectric ceramics, refractory material, graphite and carbon, ultra-hard and composite materials. The CIP products are good for machining and could reduce shrinkage after sintering. The CIP is designed and produced on our own on the basis of advanced technology at home and abroad, which has been praised widely among our customers.
